Exhibitors

Exhibitor table cost: $700 

6' x 30” (183 x 76cm) rectangular table

 

Anyone interested in hosting an exhibitor table at the next IIDRN conference should contact us at iidrn@d.umn.edu. In your email, include the following information: 

• Organization name 

• 1-2 sentence description of the exhibit (i.e., overview of what will be done, displayed, or shared at the table)

Each exhibitor will receive one exhibitor table (6ft x 30in; 183cm x 76cm) for the full duration of the conference. Exhibitors will not be allowed to choose their table location; the IIDRN planning committee will assign locations. Tabletop materials, displays, pop-ups, signage, exhibits, swag, etc., are allowed, but they must fit within the designated table space and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own audiovisual equipment, if required.
