Exhibitor

Exhibitor table cost: $700 

6' x 30” (183 x 76cm) rectangular table

 

Exhibitors will not be allowed to choose their booth location.  The IIDRN planning committee will assign booth locations.  Tabletop exhibits are allowed but they cannot be more than six to eight feet tall (standard display height) and stay within the designated exhibit booth space. All exhibit displays, materials, pop-ups, and signage must fit within the designated space and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  Each exhibitor group is responsible for providing their own audiovisual materials.
